THE DURABILITY
Perhaps the most important of all in terms of sustainability, because it allows us to use the same glass tool hundreds and hundreds of times, without being thrown and then reworked by fusion.
But are we respecting its "DURABILITY"?
Most bottles containing a variety of liquids are used only once before being thrown away and then re-used...
That’s right! Just once...
...and here we can link a second question
But how do we use glass? Well?
The answer I think we all know now, we can almost say that, to date, we are treating it as a disposable material. And this is NOT GOOD
The bottles of wine that we at Amarzo collect from cellars, bars, farmhouses and restaurants have only been used once.
BUT WAIT A MINUTE...
There’s more, you can’t imagine...
We even happened to find several times in some cellars, hundreds and hundreds of bottles set aside without ever being used, so not even filled once.
And it is here, which is based one of the cornerstones of the company Amarzo, extending the life of these bottles.
And here may arise an objection:
WHAT’S THE PROBLEM IF GLASS IS ONLY USED ONCE? THEN IT’S MELTED BACK IN THE GLASSWORKS AND GIVEN NEW LIFE, RIGHT?
Exactly, but we have another important point to consider:
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST THE ENVIRONMENT TO CONTINUOUSLY MELT GLASS IN GLASSWORKS?
